About

I’ve spent a good amount of time as a traditional tattoo artist, building a career across California, Washington, and finally establishing my roots here in Austin, Texas. In that time, I’ve learned that the most complex designs aren't made of ink, they’re made of stories.

From Skin to Screens My transition into UX isn't a pivot away from art, but an evolution of it. I’ve always been a tech enthusiast, fascinated by how web design and AI can push the boundaries of human creativity. While I started my digital journey with the early Adobe Suite, I now leverage Figma, Procreate, and AI-driven workflows to build interfaces that are as enduring as the work I put into skin.

The Power of Radical Empathy In tattooing, there is no room for 'vague.' I recall a client who wanted to honor her children but had no visual direction. Through a series of conversations and collaboration, I distilled ornamental line work, birthstones and astrological constellations into a single, cohesive narrative proving that even the most convoluted ideas can find clarity through intentional design and guidance.

Why I’m your next UX hire: I don't fear high stakes. I’ve spent years in an industry where the cost of a mistake is permanent. This has instilled in me a zero error precision and a customer first obsession that is still bold and readable that fits perfectly within the fast paced, high scale environments of many companies. I’m ready to bring that craftsman’s soul to your digital product team.
